Everything Seafood ~ July 2015


Seafood, cocktails,  dessert.... laughs, stories and garden tours.  Fun evening with husbands included.  Thank you to Denise and Larry (Henry and Rosie too) for hosting us for the evening.

Betty's shrimp were delicious as always... but be warned many cloves of garlic found there way in the stuffing! As long as we all had some - it was safe.

 Angi wooed us with her amazing Coconut Shrimp... crispy golden delicious bites.

I brought fish tacos with a slaw and tarter sauce....



Jeanne brought baked stuffed clams.... yummy!

Denise took a fun twist... crab casserole  - not sure if it was a hawaiian crab casserole... but really good.

The shrimp and grilled asparagus salad with a spoonful of rice pilaf was delish.

But lets not forget dessert!  Jeanne brought peach ice cream from Hornsta Farms.  I made a brown sugar strawberry and creme fraiche tart.
