Thinking of bringing a little warm to our New England winter - we highlighted "citrus". How ironic that blizzard Niko arrived the same day. The evening was almost a bust - but thank goodness for Larry! Our very own taxi service in Larry's plow truck. He saved the night!

We enjoyed lemon chicken - moist, tangy - really good! A quinoa spinach and raisin salad and roasted fennel with pomegranate seeds both served with a lemon vinaigrette. A nutty orange basmati rice and sautéed mixed vegetables. Seriously - and that was just dinner!

For dessert we had lemon cake, lime macaroons, candied grapefruit peel and lemon frozen ice served in hollowed out limes - too cute!
